A growing software company developing testing solutions for distributed command-and-control systems is seeking an Implementation Engineer. The role combines customer-site installation, system integration, technical support, configuration, testing, and documentation across Israel.
Responsibilities
- Install, implement, and technically support company systems at customer sites throughout Israel.
- Set up simulation environments and configure systems at customer locations.
- Provide training, technical support, and troubleshooting both on site and in the office.
- Perform upgrades, testing, and preventive maintenance.
- Write technical documents, test scenarios, and service reports.
- Collaborate with technical teams and managers across a range of companies and organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
- Professional experience in training, implementation, or technical service.
- Experience writing or reading C# or C++ code.
- Experience preparing technical or test documentation.
- Knowledge of TCP and UDP communication protocols, including multicast.
- Experience using Wireshark and analyzing binary communication formats such as ICD and Swagger.
- High-level technical English.
- Ability to work independently, understand complex systems, and communicate effectively.
Nice to have
- Background in software testing or development of testing tools.
- Experience in multidisciplinary companies or with defense-sector customers.
