Responsibilities
- Lead integration of healthcare machine systems with the cloud platform, including data mapping and validation
- Work directly with customers to understand technical and business needs and design effective solutions
- Automate manual service and support processes by developing scripts and tools
- Analyze large datasets, logs, and databases to identify and resolve system issues
- Participate in customer calls, clarify requirements, provide updates, and support delivery
- Document integration processes, automation workflows, and customer communications
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
Requirements
- Programming and scripting experience, preferably with Python or Java
- Understanding of data integration, ETL, and mapping across heterogeneous data sources
- Excellent written and spoken English for international customer and team communication
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, self-learning mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet tight deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare or medical-device integrations
- Familiarity with big-data tools, log analysis, and SQL database querying
