An AI software company serving interior-space design and construction businesses is seeking a technically minded Solutions Engineer to lead customer implementations, solve data and workflow problems, and improve internal AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer catalogs containing large datasets, multiple properties, and interdependencies
- Model customer data within the platform
- Implement and troubleshoot rules that support AI-generated 3D designs
- Develop last-mile solutions to deliver platform data in required customer formats
- Own and improve internally developed AI tools supporting implementation workflows
- Manage multiple technical implementation projects and work directly with customers
Requirements
- Proven analytical or technical implementation experience
- Strong technical understanding
- Ability to analyze large, interdependent customer catalogs
- Ability to respond quickly and positively to US-based customer requests
- Strong record of success in previous roles
- Willingness to learn and grow
