A security organization is seeking an Integration Engineer to lead multidisciplinary system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare integration plans and define integration and testing stages.
- Support integration activities at customer sites.
- Coordinate hardware, software, and systems teams.
- Manage interfaces between subsystems and external systems.
- Prepare systems for laboratory trials and testing.
- Lead professional technical discussions.
- Analyze failures and track corrective actions.
- Document the configuration of tested and approved systems.
- Coordinate activities with matrixed stakeholders across the organization and manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- At least four years of engineering experience.
- At least three years of experience on an integration or technical team involving maintenance and multidisciplinary system integration.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Ability to write and present technical information in Hebrew and English.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Engineering background in systems, software, electrical and electronics, or electro-optics.
- Experience with weapon systems or command-and-control systems.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
