Support the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of organizational information systems. Partner with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions, training, testing, and ongoing support across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and service functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and rollout of information systems, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
- Conduct user acceptance testing before releases, upgrades, and process changes
- Track system issues, follow up on resolutions, and validate fixes and enhancements
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives through information systems
- Lead projects involving new system implementations and upgrades to existing platforms
- Support systems used by R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and service organizations
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, supply chain, operations, business stakeholders, and external vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, industrial engineering and management, computer science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on information systems implementation experience in a corporate environment
- Experience implementing and supporting AI-powered tools and solutions
- Direct experience working with end users and delivering training
- Ability to analyze business processes and organizational needs
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with NextPlus, SAP Business One, Priority, or similar business systems
- Experience implementing additional AI-powered tools and solutions
