Responsibilities
- Lead complex implementations for strategic customers
- Advise customers on data mapping, architecture, integrations, and process design
- Partner with Sales on technical scoping during late-stage deals
- Identify manual customer processes and translate them into agentic solutions
- Pilot and deploy new features in customer environments
- Share implementation insights with Product and R&D to influence the roadmap
- Create onboarding playbooks, success metrics, and implementation tooling
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams across time zones
- Hire, manage, and mentor the implementation team
- Set delivery standards, allocate work, and improve implementation quality and scalability
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, technical project management, or solutions engineering
- Experience leading or managing people
- Experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment
- Track record of designing processes, defining success metrics, and improving outcomes
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer projects
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows
- Fluency with AI tools and workflows
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment
- Fluent English
- Willingness to work across US and Israel time zones
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
Nice to have
- Experience at a Big Four accounting firm in audit, advisory, or financial systems implementation
- Knowledge of accounting processes, data structures, and financial reporting
- SQL and Excel proficiency
- Fintech or financial technology experience
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Experience supporting Sales during pre-sales cycles
- Experience with automation technologies and AI-driven workflows
