Lead systems and integration across connected retail automation products, combining enterprise networking, operating systems, cloud-connected hardware, automation, and customer-site deployments.
Responsibilities
- Lead systems and integration efforts across hardware and software products
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network environments for products and customer sites
- Manage and support Linux and Windows operating systems in production
- Develop scripts and automation for deployments, monitoring, and operations
- Troubleshoot networking and integration issues involving live hardware and customer environments
- Work with customers and partners on technical integrations and on-site rollouts
- Define and improve internal systems standards and integration practices
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise networking and communication protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
- Hands-on experience managing Linux and Windows operating systems in production
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or equivalent
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical problems through resolution

- Own vehicle and ability to travel independently to customer sites
