Lead senior technical engagements for an enterprise AI agent security platform. Advise strategic customers, guide architecture and proof-of-concept work, support pre-sales teams, and influence product direction through field insights.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior technical presence for strategic and enterprise accounts
- Build trusted relationships with CTOs, CISOs, architects, and senior engineering leaders
- Lead architecture sessions, executive briefings, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Help customers assess AI agent risks and develop governance, observability, and control strategies
- Create architecture guides, security frameworks, deployment playbooks, and other reusable technical assets
- Support go-to-market teams with positioning, technical objection handling, and competitive differentiation
- Represent the company at industry events, advisory boards, and analyst briefings
- Share structured field feedback with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to influence roadmap priorities
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise technology, including substantial customer-facing or field-facing technical leadership
- Deep understanding of AI systems, including AI agent architectures, LLM applications, agentic workflows, tool use, cloud infrastructure, and developer platforms
- Professional cybersecurity background with expertise in areas such as enterprise security architecture, SIEM, identity, cloud security, or related fields
- Ability to participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, security assessments, and platform integrations
- Understanding of sales cycles and customer success across pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Strong ownership and ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, emerging category
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical content creation
