Support commercial and monetization operations by translating complex agreements into accurate billing logic, maintaining deal data, and improving revenue processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate and improve systems, logic, and processes that convert commercial agreements into accurate, billable, and reconciled revenue
- Set up commercial deals across CRM and billing systems
- Capture commercial terms accurately and manage the contract lifecycle
- Protect commercial and usage-data integrity for invoicing and reporting
- Reconcile reported figures with internal systems of record and resolve discrepancies
- Support commercial deal evaluation, pricing, and structuring
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Business Applications to implement standard and non-standard deal structures
- Identify operational complexity in new deals early
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, PPE, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, or sales operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
- Strong spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently
- Strong ownership and process execution skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English, with confidence reading, writing, and speaking
Nice to have
- Experience with usage-based billing tools, CPQ, SQL, or business intelligence systems
- Experience with a comparable CRM platform
