Join a strategy and monetization team supporting commercial systems, deal execution, billing accuracy, data integrity, and pricing operations for an AI software company. The role is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Operate and improve systems, logic, and processes that convert commercial agreements into accurate, billable, reconciled revenue
- Set up commercial deals across CRM and billing systems
- Capture commercial terms accurately and manage the full contract lifecycle
- Protect the integrity of commercial and usage data used for invoicing and reporting
- Reconcile reported figures with internal systems and resolve discrepancies
- Support the evaluation, pricing, and structuring of commercial deals
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Business Applications to implement new and non-standard deal structures
- Identify operational complexity and risks early
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, PPE, industrial engineering and management, business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, or sales operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
- Strong spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Ability to translate complex commercial terms into clear, billable logic
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies independently
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Nice to have
- Experience with usage-based billing tools, CPQ, SQL, or business intelligence systems
- Experience with a CRM comparable to Salesforce
