An international professional services organization is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with hands-on SAP expertise to support procurement operations and a global SAP Public Cloud implementation.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a global SAP Public Cloud implementation focused on procurement and financial processes.
- Set up, implement, and continuously improve procurement processes in SAP.
- Manage local and international vendor onboarding, purchase orders, follow-up, and controls.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external consultants.
- Monitor procurement processes for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and support financial closing and control activities.
- Work daily in Hebrew and English with global stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing; mandatory.
- Hands-on SAP experience; mandatory.
- Experience in a medium to large organization; mandatory.
- Strong financial orientation and familiarity with Finance organization processes.
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to manage complex tasks and deadlines.
- Technological orientation and ability to learn ERP systems and new processes quickly.
