Part-time opportunity for a currently enrolled bachelor's student to support supply chain planning in a fabless semiconductor environment. The role involves production data, material tracking, reporting, procurement coordination, and new product introduction activities while working with engineering
Responsibilities
- Support production planning across multiple product lines
- Collect, consolidate, and organize data from ERP systems, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
- Build and maintain Excel reports, charts, and dashboards covering WIP, inventory, shortages, and excess
- Track materials across wafer foundries, assembly and test houses, and contract manufacturers
- Assist with new product introduction planning, qualification timelines, pilot builds, and BOM material availability
- Prepare status summaries and follow up on open items with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Support BOM component release and procurement tracking
- Perform ad hoc analysis and process improvement tasks
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in industrial engineering and management, supply chain management, or a related technical or practical field
- Available to work approximately two to three days per week with flexibility around an academic schedule
- No prior professional experience required
Nice to have
- At least three semesters remaining until graduation
- Coursework or interest in supply chain, operations, planning, or semiconductor manufacturing
- Exposure to ERP systems
