Logistics Operations Coordinator

An eCommerce company in Tel Aviv is hiring a hands-on coordinator to oversee operational supply chain processes, fulfillment partners, inventory accuracy, and logistics system setup.
Responsibilities
- Track open orders, delivery times, shipment status, and exceptions; coordinate issue resolution with distribution partners and customer service.
- Coordinate daily with the external warehouse and monitor distribution service-level agreements.
- Review fulfillment performance, prepare BI reports, analyze picking errors, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage office shipments, returns, peak-period reporting, and inventory transfers between fulfillment locations in Israel and the United States.
- Maintain accurate physical inventory, perform regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and report exceptions.
- Set up products in warehouse systems and verify logistics data, including weights, dimensions, item codes, and picking locations.
- Check barcode scanning and picking quality for incoming products and confirm logistics readiness for launches.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, propose data-driven solutions, and lead logistics projects involving systems, packaging, and supplier charges.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of operational logistics experience, including work with third-party warehouses, distribution companies, or freight providers.
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, trend identification, and KPI reporting.
- Hands-on operational skills, including physical inventory checks, stock counts, and real-time problem-solving.
- Ability to learn systems and formulas quickly.
- Initiative, attention to detail, and confident communication with suppliers.
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify, ERP, Mantis, or Monday.
- eCommerce experience or experience working with overseas warehouses.
- Experience monitoring import and export processes.
- A degree in logistics, management, or economics.
