Coordinate end-to-end supply planning and execution for service materials and products. Manage orders and shipments, monitor planning KPIs, and improve supply chain processes in a global, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize end-to-end supply planning to meet demand while managing costs and inventory risks
- Execute service orders and coordinate critical escalations to reduce customer impact and equipment downtime
- Track and manage spare-parts shipments to support timely delivery and field requirements
- Collaborate with planning, logistics, procurement, engineering, and customer support teams
- Monitor and analyze service supply planning KPIs, including availability and inventory, using Excel and business intelligence tools
- Identify and implement improvements to supply chain efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in supply planning or a similar planning role in a global environment
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience using business intelligence tools for planning and reporting
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for planning decisions
- High level of written and spoken English
