A media group is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead organizational and technology operations, improve cross-functional processes, and support executive management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the group’s operational strategy, organizational procedures, and information systems.
  • Select, manage, and implement enterprise technology platforms to improve organizational workflows.
  • Build and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans and define performance indicators.
  • Coordinate interfaces between media divisions and content, production, and post-production departments.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee training activities.
  • Manage procurement budgets, suppliers, and contractual engagements.
  • Introduce consistent management methods for meetings, reviews, scripts, and organizational schedules.
  • Drive structural change, operational efficiency, and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of senior operational management experience, such as Vice President of Operations or an equivalent role.
  • Proven experience selecting and implementing ERP, CRM, or project management systems.
  • Deep understanding of information systems and enterprise technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage matrix organizations and complex cross-functional processes.
  • Experience managing budgets, procurement, supplier agreements, contracts, and HR processes.
  • Academic degree in management, industrial engineering and management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in media, television, or digital businesses.
  • Experience working in a creative and dynamic environment.
