Coordinate research programs, budgets, and day-to-day operations for a research organization. This is a volunteer opportunity and is currently unpaid; any future paid appointment depends on funding, approval, legal compliance, and a separate written agreement.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal processes, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate research program timelines, budgets, and resource needs with program leads and managers.
- Ensure operational practices meet legal and ethical standards and coordinate audits with compliance specialists.
- Coordinate work across research, engineering, product, and administrative teams.
- Track KPIs, report to leadership, and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience managing budgets, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
