Responsibilities
- Lead organizational process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the IT unit.
- Define cross-functional methodologies, standards, and operating procedures.
- Manage quality assurance, process controls, and performance measurement.
- Coordinate organizational work cadence through Scrum of Scrums.
- Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
- Support the adoption of Agile and SAFe methodologies across delivery teams.
- Manage organizational knowledge and lead change initiatives.
- Identify risks, blockers, and operational challenges and coordinate responses.
- Use project and process management tools including Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or PMO professional.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of quality processes, risk management, and process control.
- Experience developing and implementing IT methodologies and processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in an IT unit in a similar role.
- Experience in a service-oriented organization, such as a bank, insurance company, healthcare provider, or credit company.
- Knowledge of ITIL and SAFe.
- Expertise in organizational improvement initiatives within technology units.
