Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve performance and efficiency in public transportation operations.
- Analyze data and performance indicators, and present insights and recommendations to management.
- Map and improve workflows across headquarters and field operations.
- Evaluate and advance technology, automation, and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders across the organization, influencing without direct authority.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
- At least 3 years of experience leading processes or projects in a medium-sized or large organization
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with KPI data
- Technological orientation and interest in AI and automation
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and engage cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to have
