Lead organizational process control, team efficiency, backlog reduction, and operational execution for a global semiconductor equipment company. Coordinate workflows across Customer Success, Technical Support, Applications, Sales, Engineering, Production, and Logistics.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, structure, and enforce daily operational workflows
- Resolve backlogs involving service calls, support tickets, debt collection follow-ups, and quotations
- Coordinate Sales, Applications, Production, Logistics, Customer Success, and Technical Support to prevent delays
- Establish operational benchmarks and track team performance
- Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report operational risks to executive leadership
- Escalate and advance stalled tasks across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least 3 years of experience in process control, operational management, or analytical process optimization
- Experience in a technology, manufacturing, or B2B environment
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to drive accountability across teams
- High data literacy and experience with CRM or ERP systems, dashboards, and complex data analysis
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent written and spoken English
