Lead day-to-day operations for a payment orchestration platform, improving monitoring, incident response, automation, reporting, and operational scalability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee monitoring and control systems for platform operations
- Monitor payment flows and transactions for anomalies, fraud indicators, and operational issues
- Investigate and resolve incidents, including urgent issues outside standard working hours when required
- Lead a remote Operations team through task allocation, performance management, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Build dashboards and maintain operational performance metrics
- Use CRM and BI systems to generate insights and support data-driven decisions
- Coordinate initiatives across Operations, Compliance, Risk, Support, and Development
- Coordinate compliance-related integrations and operational processes
- Develop, document, and improve standard operating procedures
- Communicate with banks, acquirers, payment providers, and international partners
- Use AI, automation, and workflow tools to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in operations within payments, fintech, acquiring, or payment processing
- Experience managing remote teams and tracking operational performance
- Understanding of payment flows, acquiring, transaction processing, and reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
- Knowledge of CRM and business intelligence systems
- Basic SQL and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and payment orchestration environments
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Power Automate
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and prioritization skills

- Experience with payment orchestration environments
- Familiarity with fraud detection, risk monitoring, and operational controls
- Experience working with international partners and global teams
