Part-time student role in Tel Aviv supporting analytics operations for a fraud-prevention technology company. The position combines data analysis, merchant issue management, and production decisioning work in a hybrid office environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to measure business impact across global ecommerce merchants
- Manage merchant tickets and alerts through triage, research, prioritization, assignment, and resolution
- Design, code, and test changes to production decisioning logic using Python
- Investigate data and analytics issues affecting enterprise customers
- Coordinate with fraud analysts, customer success managers, and customer support to resolve issues and improve products
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with at least three full semesters remaining after the current semester
- Ability to translate broad business questions into analytical approaches and appropriate queries
- Basic scripting ability, preferably in Python
- Technical orientation and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at different stages
- Strong ownership, prioritization, communication, and escalation skills
Nice to have
- Basic SQL query experience
