Responsibilities
- Work with team managers to improve workflows and success metrics
- Track and present financial data
- Oversee invoice generation and collection
- Coordinate expense reimbursements for tax and immigration services with international offices
- Support team managers with service pricing and proposals
- Train staff on independence, client acceptance, and operational excellence procedures
Requirements
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good English proficiency
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong service orientation
