Responsibilities
- Lead the site's operational excellence program and contribute to the development of its excellence approach
- Develop, implement, and expand operational excellence tools and methods across production
- Ensure delivery of site-wide and cross-unit work plans
- Lead the operational excellence forum and coordinate excellence managers across units
- Build effective cross-functional partnerships to improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least 3 years of experience leading operational excellence at a medium or large factory
- Strong knowledge of operational excellence
- Familiarity with Lean Management and Six Sigma
- High level of English
