Mid-Level Operations Specialist

Support day-to-day departmental and site operations for a global program in Israel. Coordinate managers and team members, maintain quality and management controls, support operational planning, and monitor contractual performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate departmental operations and functional objectives with managers and team members
- Oversee site management activities and quality objectives supporting operational audits
- Monitor department managers and supervisors and coordinate required CDRL reports and other deliverables
- Support operational strategy, forecasting, research, development, and detailed planning
- Complete projects autonomously for site and task-order leadership
- Develop and apply management control procedures, policies, and performance standards
- Monitor contractual performance and ensure quality standards are measured for effectiveness
Requirements
- At least 3 years of operations experience
- Current Secret clearance
- Eligibility for or ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s and host-nation driving licenses
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organization, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under short deadlines
- Ability to work in harsh desert, industrial, and outdoor environments and comply with safety and personal protective equipment requirements
Nice to have
- Prior contingency operations experience
- Experience with MAXIMO
- Undergraduate degree
