Responsibilities
- Support the financial and operational activities of startup companies
- Lead onboarding processes involving banks, authorities, insurance agents, and professional partners
- Manage and track multiple processes across stakeholders in Israel and abroad
- Support ESOP administration and other operational processes related to company growth
- Ensure processes progress efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational role, or qualification as a lawyer after internship with an interest in operations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to take ownership and manage processes independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
