Senior Pricing Strategy Manager

Shape and execute pricing and packaging strategy for a multi-product B2B SaaS platform. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop pricing initiatives, assess their impact, and support implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve pricing and packaging strategy in line with business objectives, customer value, and market trends
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight research to identify and validate pricing opportunities
  • Build business cases, pricing models, demand forecasts, and revenue impact analyses
  • Support end-to-end implementation of pricing models, offers, packages, and changes across systems and processes
  • Improve pricing governance, approval processes, discount policies, and implementation workflows
  • Evaluate pricing performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics to optimize revenue, profitability, and adoption
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders around pricing strategy and execution

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in pricing strategy, growth and monetization, strategic or management consulting, or a similar strategic business role
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or a similar business and pricing model
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams from strategy through execution
  • Business acumen and experience building analytical business cases
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives

Nice to have

  • Experience in pricing and packaging strategy
  • Strategy consulting experience and work with C-suite executives
  • Experience with billing, monetization, or revenue systems
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts or cross-functional operations teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, finance, or another quantitative field
