A defense technology manufacturer is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead international marketing, business development, customer engagement, and end-to-end sales processes in the defense market. The role is based in Yehud Monosson, Israel, and requires frequent international travel.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and supporting business frameworks.
- Join the marketing and business development team and take responsibility for sales and business targets.
- Work with international customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions and partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes in the defense market.
- Support marketing processes from end to end and collaborate with other marketing functions.
- Manage marketing and oversight licenses for defense products in accordance with security regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 8 years of international marketing experience in defense companies.
- High-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Willingness and availability for frequent international travel.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Military background.
