Support innovation initiatives, portfolio management, and strategic business projects for a global beverage company. Coordinate cross-functional activities from concept development through execution and provide data-driven insights for business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate innovation activities, milestones, actions, and stakeholder alignment throughout the innovation lifecycle.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize market, consumer, and competitor insights for innovation roadmaps and portfolio decisions.
- Maintain product databases and portfolio tools, ensuring data accuracy across systems.
- Prepare portfolio performance analyses, business updates, and management reports using internal and external data.
- Coordinate with R&D, Commercialization, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Category, and external partners on innovation and New Product Introduction programs.
- Support long-term innovation plans, business cases, product evaluations, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, innovation, portfolio management, marketing operations, business analysis, or a related function.
- Consumer-focused mindset and interest in understanding consumer behavior.
- Experience working across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with global teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, portfolio management, innovation processes, or New Product Introduction programs.
