Own consumer growth marketing for a company bringing brain-training wearable technology from elite sports to consumers. This hands-on role reports to the CEO and covers acquisition, conversion, messaging, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the B2C funnel from first click through purchase, including landing pages, email nurture, and conversion optimization
  • Manage paid acquisition budgets and a weekly testing calendar in coordination with a campaign advisor
  • Brief, produce, test, and evaluate marketing creative
  • Report on acquisition cost, conversion, and revenue
  • Turn club and clinical partnerships into case studies, content, and co-marketing activities
  • Create sales decks, one-pagers, and prospect resources with the sales team
  • Develop clear product and science messaging for consumers, athletes, and clinicians, and maintain brand consistency
  • Manage athlete and creator partnerships, including talent selection, agreements, and content
  • Support website, social, PR, and event activity where it contributes to growth
  • Coordinate marketing calendars, briefs, vendors, freelancers, budgets, and reporting

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years personally owning a B2C or direct-to-consumer funnel
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, landing pages, email, CRM tools, and analytics
  • Ability to interpret performance data and use it to prioritize tests
  • Clear English writing and strong judgment on tone and credibility
  • Experience managing freelancers and external specialists

Nice to have

  • Experience in sports, health technology, wearables, or consumer subscriptions
  • Interest in brain science and performance
