Brand Revenue & Strategy Manager
Lead strategy, commercial analysis, and profitable growth planning across a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. Partner with brand owners and cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, conversion, retention, operations, finance, and product.
Responsibilities
- Define brand positioning, target audiences, product priorities, pricing, offers, and growth plans.
- Analyze revenue, margins, acquisition costs, retention, inventory, and contribution profit to identify opportunities and risks.
- Diagnose commercial constraints across product, positioning, creative, media, funnel, pricing, retention, inventory, and unit economics.
- Manage relationships with brand owners and align priorities for product development, inventory, forecasting, costs, and payouts.
- Translate business objectives into priorities across acquisition, creative, conversion optimization, retention, merchandising, and operations.
- Develop and evaluate pricing, bundles, promotions, subscriptions, upsells, and shipping thresholds.
- Build scenarios linking media spend, acquisition cost, conversion, average order value, repeat revenue, inventory needs, and profitability.
- Prepare internal and partner-facing business reviews with results, insights, risks, and recommended actions.
- Translate commercial insights into feedback for the company’s platform, AI agents, and workflows.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in direct-to-consumer eCommerce, brand strategy, revenue management, growth strategy, consulting, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of how product, positioning, pricing, acquisition, creative, conversion optimization, retention, operations, and inventory drive profitable growth.
- Experience analyzing P&Ls, unit economics, margins, forecasts, cohort revenue, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
- Working knowledge of Meta and Google advertising economics, attribution, creative performance, Shopify funnels, landing pages, checkout flows, and conversion testing.
- Ability to evaluate pricing, bundles, subscriptions, promotions, and upsells using customer behavior and unit economics.
- Advanced data skills and confidence with dashboards, financial models, forecasts, and cohort analysis.
- Clear partner-facing communication with founders and business owners.
- Strong strategic judgment, organization, documentation, project management, and follow-through across multiple brands.
Nice to have
- Experience owning a brand, category, or business-unit P&L.
- Shopify or other direct-to-consumer platform experience.
- Knowledge of inventory planning, landed costs, cash flow, and working capital.
- Experience launching or scaling consumer brands in the United States.
- Advanced use of AI tools and automated analytical workflows.
- Strong knowledge of direct-to-consumer eCommerce, performance marketing, conversion optimization, app integrations, and purchase funnels.
