A global medical device company is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations within an innovative and technologically advanced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead team leaders and production employees
- Deliver production, quality, and regulatory targets
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee training
- Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with quality, engineering, and regulatory departments
- Drive problem-solving and operational excellence processes
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mandatory experience working in a regulated environment
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
- High-level English proficiency
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and broad operational skills
Nice to have
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Experience with ISO 13485
