Responsibilities
- Own system engineering activities across the project lifecycle
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into clear engineering requirements
- Work with development teams to design complex system architectures
- Prepare for and participate in requirements and design reviews with stakeholders
- Serve as Product Owner for agile teams developing and testing software products
- Lead software and hardware integration and testing, including hands-on technical work
- Deploy solutions at customer sites
Requirements
- BSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 3 years of software development experience
- Experience in software project management or software systems engineering
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Hebrew
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Strong leadership in a matrix environment, excellent communication skills, and systems thinking
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodology
