Support the project lead with business, budget, and operational management for advanced defense-system development and manufacturing programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor development, production, and R&D investment budgets
- Build financial models and analyze costs across product lifecycles
- Prepare budget forecasts, multi-year work plans, and financing plans
- Track budget execution, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare periodic reports, KPIs, and management dashboards
- Support management reviews, status meetings, and program reviews
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, manufacturing, finance, procurement, and supply chain teams
- Monitor resource use, labor hours, contracts, and subcontractors
- Support proposals, product pricing, and profitability analysis
- Assess business risks and their impact on program objectives
- Consolidate program status for organizational leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, economics, business administration, or accounting
- At least two years of experience in budget control, project management, or economics
- Experience developing budgets, forecasts, and cost models
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to prepare presentations and reports for senior management
- Strong English

- Familiarity with complex development programs and new product introduction
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience with multi-year programs or complex systems
