Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects involving real-time software, hardware, and mechanical systems. Coordinate development teams, interfaces, contractors, customers, schedules, and risk-reduction plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering projects across multiple development disciplines
- Coordinate engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Build project plans and risk-reduction plans
- Lead matrix-based collaboration and manage subcontractors
- Work with customers in Israel and internationally
- Prepare and lead internal and customer technical reviews
- Address complex engineering challenges in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience developing integrated multidisciplinary systems
- Experience with real-time software, hardware, and mechanical systems
- Experience preparing and leading internal and customer reviews, including SRR, PDR, and CDR
- Professional technical communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel internationally for work
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in systems engineering
- Background in technological military units or defense-related experience
