Responsibilities
- Manage projects end to end from contract signature through customer delivery.
- Lead technical, organizational, professional, and financial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead tests and reviews in Israel and abroad.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary hardware, software, and mechanical teams.
- Manage and monitor work packages, procurement and equipment processes, and project risks.
- Manage the business and systems relationship with the customer throughout the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering and management.
- At least 3 years of experience managing systems projects.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work overtime.
Nice to have
- A master's degree in business administration or industrial engineering and management.
- Experience in defense or technology companies.
- Experience managing projects with overseas manufacturers.
