Senior Project Manager – Radar Development

Lead end-to-end business and engineering projects for radar development programs, working with international customers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and internal matrix teams. The role includes international travel of approximately 6–8 trips per year.
Responsibilities
- Manage radar development projects from initiation through completion
- Lead radar development in accordance with customer requirements
- Lead business projects with international customers and prime contractors
- Coordinate with internal matrix functions and subcontractors
- Manage project economics and provide periodic reports to management
- Own the customer relationship and participate in project-related marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline
- At least 3 years of experience developing systems as a business or engineering project manager, or as a chief engineer on a development project
- Very good written and spoken English
- Strong customer-facing and service-oriented skills
- Willingness to travel abroad approximately 6–8 times per year
- Proven ability to manage and lead matrix teams
Nice to have
- At least 3 years of matrixed work experience in an organization
