Responsibilities
- Lead development of an advanced interceptor system operating in extreme conditions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and technology partners in Israel and abroad.
- Define and manage the project plan from requirements and concept through customer delivery.
- Oversee system integration, testing, and launches.
- Manage schedules, performance targets, and project cost commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex engineering projects.
- Mandatory experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Mandatory experience developing missile, aircraft, unmanned aerial, rocket, airborne, or defense systems.
- Fluent English for reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong systems-level perspective and sound decision-making in complex processes.
- Assertive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to propose creative solutions.
