Responsibilities
- Manage annual aviation engine MRO projects with budgets of approximately $20 million
- Own project execution from engine intake through repair and customer delivery
- Prepare financial reports and report to the MRO business line manager
- Execute project plans across operations, engineering, logistics, and production-line teams
- Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to preparing commercial quotations
- Lead cross-functional matrix teams and make independent decisions
Requirements
- Academic degree required
- Proven project management experience
- Experience working with international customers or suppliers
- Strong business understanding and negotiation experience
- Proven ability to lead matrix teams and manage multiple interfaces
- Very good written and spoken English
- Strong Excel skills
- Willingness to travel internationally

- Experience in aviation maintenance
- Familiarity with SAP
