Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through customer delivery and transition to maintenance.
- Manage the development, production, and delivery of large-scale ELINT systems.
- Oversee financial and contractual matters with customers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
- Manage the project team and internal and external interfaces.
- Monitor work plans, procurement, deliveries, and project risks.
- Drive profitability, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or computer science.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or systems engineering for a large-scale development project exceeding 20 million dollars.
- Professional English proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing.
Nice to have
- Experience managing projects in the defense industry or military.
- A master’s degree in engineering or business administration.
- Experience managing projects with international customers.
- Experience with intelligence systems, ELINT, or radar.
- Marketing experience.
- Potential to train as a systems engineer during the role.
