A defense and cyber solutions organization in Netanya is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-domain programs across Latin America. The role covers business development, customer relationships, end-to-end execution, and post-sale support, with frequent international travel.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and expand customer relationships across Latin America
- Manage contract, implementation, validation, delivery, and ongoing support activities
- Coordinate hardware and software R&D and align solutions with customer requirements
- Manage P&L, budgets, timelines, and materials
- Coordinate engineering, logistics, procurement, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience managing logistics and technically complex programs or projects
- Experience generating, writing, and presenting technical documents and presentations
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel abroad frequently
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills in a matrix organization
Nice to have
- B.Sc. in Engineering or Management
- Experience conducting international business development and marketing processes
