Manage maintenance contracts for foreign customers and coordinate engineering, repair, supplier, and contractor activities for complex defense and communications systems. The role is based in Ashdod, Israel and requires international travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance contracts with foreign customers.
- Develop engineering solutions to customer issues.
- Support system upgrades, procurement, marketing, and business proposals.
- Track repair processes for system items.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage contractors in customer locations abroad.
- Provide support for faults and service issues during and after the customer warranty period.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in electrical and electronics engineering, communications, computer engineering, or industrial engineering and management.
- At least two years of proven experience operating or maintaining complex systems.
- High-level English.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
Nice to have
- At least two years of experience managing maintenance or development projects for integrated systems.
- Knowledge of electronics engineering or intelligence systems.
