Lead and coordinate large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale construction projects from delivery through handover
- Coordinate schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, and project reporting
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, KPIs, and project controls
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers
- Analyse project data and performance metrics to identify risks and improvements
- Monitor field progress, information flow, quality, safety, and emerging issues
- Lead progress meetings and track actions, impacts, variations, and delays
- Coordinate snagging activities and handover documentation
- Implement project procedures and improve project processes
Requirements
- Project management experience
- Degree in project management or construction, or comparable experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients
