Lead IT projects supporting supply chain operations, from initiation through full implementation. Analyze end-to-end processes, define requirements, coordinate development, conduct testing, and introduce cross-organizational improvements and AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain IT projects from initiation through full implementation
- Define objectives, targets, timelines, risks, and controls while managing stakeholder interfaces
- Manage work plans and initiate and collect development requirements from internal customers
- Analyze end-to-end processes and identify workflow gaps
- Write requirements documents, track development, perform testing, and support implementation
- Identify opportunities for system-wide improvement and implement innovative cross-organizational solutions
- Integrate AI innovation and technology into organizational processes
Requirements
- Israeli citizenship
- Security clearance or eligibility to complete the clearance process
- Academic or engineering education
- At least 3 years of experience in process analysis and information systems
- Experience analyzing and improving work processes
- Experience writing requirements documents and providing operational solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English
- Good spoken, written, and reading English skills
