Flight Test Team Lead

Lead flight-test activities for unmanned aerial systems across company sites in Haifa and Modiin and at customer locations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in planning, executing, and debriefing flight tests
- Own the professional development of flight-test engineers
- Collaborate in a matrix with program managers and R&D teams
- Work with authorities and customers to obtain flight approvals in Israel and abroad
- Lead delivery flights in Israel and at customer sites worldwide
- Manage multi-system field trials
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Engineering experience in the UAS domain
- High-level spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Willingness to perform field work and work non-standard hours
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and uncertainty
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
