Join a nonprofit rights-assistance initiative and lead a nationwide volunteer support operation that helps people access benefits and public services. The role is full-time and hybrid, with two to three office days per week in central Israel.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, train, retain, and manage volunteers who provide support remotely
- Act as the main point of contact for volunteers and address operational issues
- Maintain a positive volunteer experience
- Monitor service quality and team productivity
- Use CRM data, Excel, and AI tools to measure and improve operations
- Review volunteer performance and derive operational insights from service data
Requirements
- At least two years of proven experience recruiting, retaining, training, and coordinating volunteers
- Experience managing a volunteer-based service operation
- Strong interest in working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Nice to have
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience using AI tools
- Familiarity with rights-assistance services
- Experience managing customer service teams
