Training Coordinator and Lead Guide

Lead the visitor training function at an immersive visitors center in Sderot. Deliver tours, manage and coach guides, develop educational content, coordinate schedules, and oversee the complete visitor experience, including VR and multimedia systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the professional training function at the visitors center
  • Lead tours and educational sessions for diverse groups and adapt content to different audiences
  • Manage the visitor experience from booking coordination through completion
  • Maintain the training calendar, schedule guides, and coordinate freelance staff
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and professionally support guides
  • Observe tours, provide feedback, and maintain ongoing quality control
  • Write, update, and develop training programs, workshops, and new content
  • Maintain consistent messaging, training quality, and brand identity
  • Coordinate with groups and partners before visits, including language, age, and audience adaptations
  • Operate and maintain VR, multimedia, and other center equipment, including daily checks and fault reporting
  • Collect and analyze visitor feedback and lead continuous improvement
  • Support projects, partnerships, special events, and new initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering in-person training and leading groups
  • Native-level Hebrew and very high-level English
  • Experience managing schedules and coordinating or mentoring teams
  • Strong technological literacy and ability to operate multimedia and VR systems
  • Advanced sensitivity to national topics and ability to lead complex, respectful discussions
  • Availability for a full-time role in Sderot, with flexible hours and occasional Fridays
  • Ability to travel to the organization’s headquarters in Tel Aviv or other sites when needed

Nice to have

  • Experience developing and writing training programs
  • Additional languages, especially Spanish
  • Experience managing freelancers, schedules, and work coordination
  • Familiarity with Monday, CRM, or similar systems
