Lead a team of project managers and systems analysts responsible for complex, cross-organizational technology projects supporting healthcare services. Own team planning, delivery, performance, and stakeholder coordination from initiation through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and systems analysts
- Set team work plans, priorities, workloads, performance expectations, and deliverables
- Lead complex technology projects from initiation through implementation
- Translate business and clinical needs into system and technology solutions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external software vendors
- Oversee system maintenance, incident investigation, and resolution
- Drive innovation, technology adoption, and improved working methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Health Systems Management
- At least 3 years of direct management experience leading project managers and/or systems analysts
- At least 3 years of hands-on systems analysis and specification-writing experience
- Professional experience with SQL
