Coordinate end-to-end software program execution for vehicle camera services, working across engineering teams and stakeholders to align plans, priorities, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own project plans across teams and stakeholders, aligning milestones, dependencies, and priorities.
- Collaborate with product and technical leaders on scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Own project risks and mitigation plans, drive resolutions, and escalate when needed.
- Facilitate daily processes and monitor project execution.
- Identify risks, gaps, and challenges early and coordinate responses with technical leaders and management.
- Communicate development progress and provide visibility into risks and solutions.
- Promote agile practices and help teams scale efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- More than five years of experience as a technical project manager on complex software R&D projects.
- Experience with agile development and release processes.
- Hands-on experience in software R&D or system integration.
- System-level understanding and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and familiarity with agile and Scrum.
- Experience in software development environments, especially embedded systems.
