Lead cross-functional delivery of data center expansion programs across EMEA, coordinating internal teams, external contractors, budgets, risks, and operational handover. The role is based in Tel Aviv and involves up to 25% travel within EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery programs for colocation, hybrid colocation, leased, and owned data centers from pre-contract design through operational handover
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across real estate, engineering, procurement, construction, infrastructure deployment, networking, operations, security, fiber, and finance
- Manage external contractors and colocation vendors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Build and maintain delivery programs and project budgets
- Prepare capital allocation requests for senior leadership approval
- Work with capacity planning, energy, and real estate teams on short- and long-term build strategies
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and report project metrics and progress to senior leadership
- Drive workflow updates, document lessons learned, and implement continuous process improvements across EMEA delivery teams
- Define project goals, roles, responsibilities, and outcomes for cross-functional and remote teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience leading IT project delivery with external customers, or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating complex, technical, cross-functional projects
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, or another relevant industry vertical
- ITIL certification
- PRINCE2 certification
