  • Translate business and operational needs into scalable technology solutions
  • Improve field operations through automation, generative AI and emerging technologies
  • Manage dependencies, remove barriers and accelerate execution across organizations
  • Lead continuous improvement to raise productivity, quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong technical background and broad understanding of software development and technology delivery
  • Experience leading large-scale programs and strategic initiatives
  • Deep understanding of delivery and release management
  • Business acumen and ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with AI adoption, digital transformation and operational excellence
